Without a trusted referral, it is extremely difficult to know if your Real Estate Agent will put your interests first until it is too late and you are locked into a long term contract. Along with screening, monitoring, and constant follow up of GOP Real Estate Agents and their clients, there are three rules that GOP Real Estate Agents must agree to follow before joining the GOP Real Estate Agent team:
No Dual Agency
Your GOP Real Estate Agent will represent ONLY you in a transaction, NEVER the other side!
Communication
Your GOP Real Estate Agent will be in contact with you on a weekly basis AT MINIMUM!
Contracts
Your GOP Real Estate Agent will add an escape clause in their contract so YOU can TERMINATE the contract at any time for any reason!
